How Exam Atlas handles account data, billing data, product analytics, and support requests.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to run the product: account details such as username and email address, subscription and billing state, and the study data required to keep your sessions and workspace state tied to your account.
How billing works
Subscription payments are handled through Stripe. We do not store raw card details in the app database. We do store Stripe customer, subscription, and entitlement references so the app can determine access correctly.
How data is used
Account and usage data are used to authenticate users, sync progress, enforce subscriptions when enabled, improve the product, and provide support. Basic product analytics may be collected to understand onboarding, paywall, and feature usage.
Data sharing
Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the product, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for billing, and hosting/analytics providers used by the app.
