Refund and cancellation policy
How cancellations and billing disputes are handled for Exam Atlas subscriptions.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be managed through the Stripe billing portal linked from the account page. If you cancel, access continues until the current paid period ends, unless Stripe reports a different billing state.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled case by case. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support with the email address on the account and the relevant billing details.
Access after cancellation
When payment enforcement is enabled, active product access depends on the entitlement state synced from the subscription. Once the paid period ends or the entitlement is revoked, restricted routes will no longer be available.
